Lou has been a valued member of the Sunglow family since 2019. After returning from maternity leave, she stepped into the role as Lawley's Store Manager, bringing a warm and thoughtful leadership style to the salon.

She is also the Sales Manager for Sunglow, responsible for developing sales plans, setting team targets and creating strategies to drive business growth. She also trains all staff on any new offers and products so customers can get the most out of their visits.

Outside of work, Lou is a devoted mum of four who loves being outdoors going for hikes. She also knows how to let her hair down and is always up for a night of good laughs and dancing!
